Woo hoo! So today I went on a journey....in my neighborhood >_>

but it was cool, cause I was picking up trash, litter, etc.
It felt good to help out our little splotch of nature, after all, it's not like animals come into out houses and thro their trash on our beds, so I figure I'd help em out *pats a random furry creature on the head*

lol

and while yes, having my bag break over my back and spilling beer all over my self wasn't exactly in the plan....like at all and I hate whoever decided to not put the lid on the beer before they also decided to litter, I got over it. WHy? Well some little girl (7? 8?) walked up to me when I was on ym way back, and asked if I was picking up trash. I said yes, and she said "no one ever does that around here" and the way she said, it was the most rewarding thing I could have asked for !
And ofcourse I had my fair share of adults go by in cars and whatnot saying things like "good for you" "it's nice to know people care" "here's somehting you can throw away"
lol ok that last one never happened, but you get the idea
